Our great relationship with Chubb began in 2006. Since then, Chubb have relied on us to support their branding and communications efforts worldwide. In 2013, ACE joined our prided list of clients. ACE announced its acquisition of Chubb in 2016, creating the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company. The Company employs over 30,000 people and operates in 54 countries and territories. 92% of Global Fortune 1000 companies are insured by Chubb.

Background

Our connection with both companies meant we were in a great position to add value to their combined operations. They challenged us to support Chubb’s ‘day one – brand launch’ by managing the creation and distribution of branded merchandise to all their 83 legacy ACE and Chubb offices in 27 countries spread across Europe, Eurasia and Africa. We worked to extremely tight deadlines before and during the Christmas break period, including scaling for a last-minute increase in quantities and assisting with local customs issues so that everything was delivered on time. The products were of the highest quality, truly reflecting the ‘craftsmanship’ aspect of the new Chubb brand.

 

We continue to work with Chubb to provide an extensive range of products while adhering to their rigorous brand guidelines and ensuring the meticulous attention to detail necessary for presenting legal documents accurately. We always ensure that we find room for creativity within the constraints of their brand guidelines.
