Prior to setting up Mediadesign in 2000, Julia’s career had seen her hold several management positions within the creative sector in London. After moving to Wales Julia started Mediadesign, with the aim of offering a comprehensive creative service to clients, combining the innovative ideas and cutting-edge design associated with large agencies, with great value and a friendly personal approach.
Dorian has worked with Mediadesign since the company began in 2000, and has over 20 years’ experience as a Designer. He is the Senior Designer at Mediadesign, with responsibility for the creative direction of the company and management of the other designers in the team. He produces innovative design across all forms of communication including advertising, brand development and rebranding, brochures, packaging, large-format graphics, merchandise and digital media. He oversees the design process at Mediadesign, from the initial creatives through to completion of artwork, and is a stickler for ensuring brand compliance.
Kelly joined Mediadesign in 2023 and offers highly efficient project management and support to the project team. She is a vital communication link at Mediadesign, She supports both the account management team and the design team.
Lauren is a crucial link in the chain of communication at Mediadesign. She liaises with our clients and suppliers, from the outset of a project through to the final delivery. Always organised, very efficient and apparently calm, Lauren knows where to look for answers to clients’ many unusual requests and keeps a tight control of scheduling every project.
A Director of Mediadesign, Paul is responsible for the accounting and invoicing systems, and for managing quality throughout the company’s operations.
